How current are the records?
We check sources at the time your report is generated and stamp each finding with the date it was checked. Municipal records can be delayed, incomplete, or updated after your report, so time-sensitive items should be reconfirmed.
What if a record cannot be found?
We never guess. When something cannot be confirmed from available sources, we mark it "Unable to Verify" and point you to where to confirm it, rather than presenting an assumption as fact.
